Application Instructions

You can submit your application by either E-mail or regular mail.

E-mail
1. Complete the application form (below) and use your browser print function to print a copy for your records then use the ‘Send’ button.

 Regular Mail:

2. Mail the form  with a check for $35 payable to Pompano Beach Men’s Golf Association to:

At least one week prior to the first Wednesday you want to play, call (954-579-8766) or email (yoshiinc@att.net) Deborah Brown, the Weekly Tournament Coordinator, to establish a T-time.

If you submitted your application on-line, be sure to bring a check for $35 made out to Pompano Beach Men’s Golf Association on your first day of play.
